Refund Policy
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
1. You can cancel your order within 12 hours of the order date and time. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our inquiry desk.
2. Cancellations after delivery will only be accepted if the delivered product is defective or different from the ordered product. (Only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.) As these are hygiene products, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience, so please choose carefully when ordering.
3. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for the following products:
・Items that have been opened or used
・Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
・Products that have become scratched or stained while in the customer's possession
・Products without packaging (bags, cases, tags)
・Products that have been specially processed for customers, such as custom-made products and products with names
- Any other products that are clearly stated on the product introduction page as not being returnable (for details, please contact our inquiry desk)
4. If the product has an obvious defect or is the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs for the return. If you are not satisfied with the product or wish to return or exchange the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
